نوع فایل:PDF تعداد صفحات :6 سال انتشار : 1395 چکیده This study was carried out to evaluate the genetic diversity and relationship between different rice populations (Local, Import & Breeding rice populations) with 25 microsatellite loci. The results revealed that all the primers showed polymorphism among the rice populations. A total of 164 alleles were detected. The number of alleles per marker ranged from 3 to 14 with an average of 6.56 alleles per locus. Result from UPGMA analysis clustered the different rice populations into Local, and Import-Breeding rice groups.
